ARTICULO 84 . Retiro absoluto. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio conforme a este decreto: Por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez; por haber cumplido sesenta y cinco (65) años de edad los hombres y sesenta (60) años las mujeres, edades éstas en que cesa para ellos toda obligación policial; por conducta deficiente, por destitución y por muerte.
