Los empleados que a 31 de diciembre de 1987 se encontraban en período de prueba dentro de la carrera administrativa, podrán igualmente solicitar su inscripción en el escalafón, salvo que en el período transcurrido se hubiere producido calificación de servicios no satisfactoria, caso en el cual su situación frente a la carrera se definirá conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 45 del Decreto 2400 de 1968 y las normas que lo reglamentan.
