El incumplimiento de las normas relativas al contenido de la programación que se difunda a través del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, dará lugar a la imposición de las multas previstas en el numeral primero del artículo 121 del presente Decreto y su valor no será inferior a cien (100) salarios mínimos.
