amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 31 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 31. La licencia de conducción de una clase determinada permitirá a su titular la conducción de vehículos para los cuales se requiere una (1) licencia de clase inferior. Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior la conducción de motocicletas con motor de más de 150 cm3 y de tractocamiones para lo cual será indispensable ser titular de la licencia correspondiente de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 23 y 28 de este Código.
