Articulo 9° También los Gobernadores, Prefectos, Alcaldes y los Notarios de toda la República, procederán a informar al Gobierno, dentro del menor tiempo posible, acerca de las negociaciones que, en los erritorios de su jurisdicción, se hayan celebrado sobre exploración, explotación, arrendamiento o venta de terrenos petrolíferos, cualquiera que sea el propietario del suelo.
