Art. 4° Corresponde a las distintasa Cámaras de provincia fijar en su próxima reunión los sueldos de que deben gozar los empleados de dichos tribunales; pero las asignaciones anuales no podrán bajar del mínimum siguiente:

Bogotá.

Casa ministro juez, doce mil reales, el fiscal ocho mil, el secretario seis mil cuatrocientos; cada oficial tres mil, i el portero escribiente mil seiscientos.

Mariquita i Neiva

Cada ministro juez, ocho mil reales; cada fiscal seis mil cuatrocientos, cada secretario cuatro mil; cada oficial dos mil cuatrocientos i cada portero escribiente novecientos sesenta.
