ARTICULO 6o. El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, enviará a las autoridades competentes los casos de personas naturales o jurídicas que no hayan suministrado la información requerida a los empadronadores, para su investigación y posterior determinación de la cuantía de la multa que autoriza la ley.
