Reserva de la solicitud de investigación . La autoridad investigadora evitará toda publicidad sobre la presentación de una solicitud de investigación, hasta tanto se haya adoptado la decisión de abrirla. No obstante, en el término comprendido entre la recepción de conformidad de la solicitud y antes de la apertura de la investigación, comunicará al Gobierno del país o países exportadores interesados la presentación de la misma.
