Para los efectos del artículo 77 de este código, se considerará que el liberado condicionalmente ha cometido un nuevo delito, una vez que se encuentre en firme la sentencia que lo declare responsable.

La revocación podrá decretarse de oficio, a petición del Ministerio Público o a petición de los encargados de la vigilancia.
