º CAMPO DE APLICACION. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto se aplican a los productos terminados, definidos como bebidas alcohólicas, cosméticos y alimentos que se importen y vendan en la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia, Islas, y en la ciudad de Leticia, capital de la Comisaría del Amazonas, bajo el régimen de Puertos Libres.
