Artículo noveno . El valor de las multas ingresará al Tesoro Nacional y éstas serán consignadas en la Administración o Recaudación Nacional de Hacienda respectiva. En caso de no ser pagadas dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la providencia que las impuso, serán convertibles en arresto en la proporción legal.
