En la regulación sobre retención en la fuente sobre transacciones de productos perecederos de origen vegetal y/o animal sin transformación antes de su consumo, el Gobierno Nacional propenderá para que aquellas se realicen a través de las SAT legalmente constituidas queden exentas de dicha retención.
