Decreto 483 de 1990 · por medio del cual se reglamenta el funcionamiento del Fondo Especial de Becas del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.

° Junta Administradora. La Junta Administradora de El Fondo estará integrada por: - El Ministro de Minas y Energía, o su delegado, quien la presidirá. - El representante legal de la entidad contratada para la administración de El Fondo, o su delegado. - Dos representantes del Ministro de Minas y Energía, designados por éste.

Parágrafo

La Junta podrá invitar a otras personas a sus deliberaciones, y sesionará válidamente con la asistencia del Ministro o su delegado y dos miembros más, y decidirá con el voto favorable de la mitad más uno de los presentes.
