ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. Objeto . La presente Ley tiene por objeto garantizar la seguridad de la cadena logística y prevenir delitos trasnacionales, así como adoptar las buenas prácticas promovidas por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico -OCDE regulando los procesos que requieren una adecuada evaluación y análisis de riesgos, en cualquier tipo de certificación pública o privada.
