A las empresas e instituciones públicas y/o privadas y/o personas naturales, que incurran en las prácticas mencionadas en este decreto se les impondrán sanciones consistentes en multas hasta de cinco mil (5.000) SMLMV, a través de las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio del Trabajo, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 63 de la Ley 1429 de 2010 y el artículo 7° de la Ley 1610 de 2013.
