Recibida la solicitud de que trata el artículo 23 del Capítulo IV, la Gerencia aceptará el depósito de mercancías destinadas a almacenes administrados por la Zona, siempre y cuando exista espacio disponible en los almacenes, patios o cobertizos y que no exista razón justificativa para negarlo.
