º. Por acuerdo entre el Gobierno y el Banco de la República, éste podrá entregar provisionalmente y mientras dura la acuñación ordenada por el Decreto número 1889 a la Tesorería General de la República los certificados de plata correspondientes a la acuñación de las barras de plata que haya recibido del Gobierno.
