Articulo 1.° Créase la JUNTA NACIONAL PRO-DAMNIFICADOS DE CALI, integrada así: por el Eminentísimo señor Cardenal; por el Excelentísimo señor Nuncio Apostólico; por el Gobernador del Valle del Cauca; por la Directora de SENDAS; por el Gerente del Banco de la República, o sus representantes.
