Articulo 25 . Las empresas de vigilancia privada podrán ser requeridas o compelidas por el Gobierno a prestar auxilio o colaboración en casos de grave calamidad pública, turbación del orden o flagrante delito, por el tiempo que sea indispensable. En estos eventos quedaran bajo la dirección y control de la Policía Nacional.
