Excepciones a los artículos anteriores. No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos 92 y 93 de este estatuto, el Gobierno o la Dirección General podrán mantener en servicio activo a aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que por sus calificaciones lo merezcan y cuando sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechadas en determinadas actividades. Cuando se trate de Oficiales, se requerirá concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora de la Policía Nacional.
