Sistema de calidad. El Sistema de Calidad de Formación para el Trabajo se rige por lo establecido en este Título, el Decreto 2020 de 2006, o en la norma que lo modifique, adicione, sustituya o compile.

La certificación de calidad de la formación para el trabajo será otorgada a los programas registrados y a las instituciones oferentes de programas de formación para el trabajo, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para el efecto.
