Comprobación de daños materiales y morales. Los daños materiales y morales provenientes del hecho punible se comprobarán por cualquiera de los medios probatorios admitidos por la ley. El funcionario, además, practicará las diligencias pertinentes para determinar a la persona o personas titulares de la indemnización.
