Artículo tercero. Se entiende liquidada una sociedad anónima en la fecha en que se protocolice la cuenta final de liquidación de que trata el artículo 207 del Decreto 2521 de 1950, o cuando se otorgue la escritura pública por medio de la cual se adjudiquen bienes inmuebles a los socios.
