Cotización . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, cotizarán con un cinco, por ciento (5%) de su sueldo básico mensual con destino a la Sanidad respectiva, el cual será invertido en la prestación de los servicios médicos y asistenciales señalados en el artículo anterior, o en la construcción, dotación y adecuación de hospitales, enfermerías y dispensarios necesarios a la prestación de tales servicios, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
