Cuando en el Presupuesto Nacional se hicieren reducciones, aplazamientos o adiciones que afecten el Presupuesto de los establecimientos públicos, las Juntas o Consejos Directivos expedirán la resolución o acuerdo efectuando los ajustes en sus presupuestos y lo remitirán a la Dirección General del Presupuesto para su aprobación.
