Se entenderán como recursos girados de regalías y compensaciones causadas a 31 de diciembre de 2011, en los términos el artículo 191 de la Ley 2056 de 2020, aquellos que se encuentren disponibles en las cuentas autorizadas por el DNP para el manejo de estos recursos.
