Reuniones del Comité de Vigilancia. El Comité de Vigilancia se deberá reunir periódicamente como mínimo cada tres (3) meses, o extraordinariamente cuando las circunstancias lo requieran. En todo caso, de tales reuniones se deberán elaborar actas escritas, con el lleno de los requisitos previstos en el Código de Comercio y demás normas aplicables para las actas de asamblea de accionistas o juntas directivas de las sociedades por acciones, las cuales deberán ser elaboradas por la Sociedad Administradora del fondo de capital privado.
