°. Modifíquese el artículo 4° del Decreto 330 de 2009, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 4°. A partir del día siguiente a la suscripción del acta de entrega a que hace referencia el artículo 2° del presente decreto, Sama Ltda. se subrogará o asumirá la posición contractual que el Instituto de Fomento Industrial - IFI en Liquidación, ostente en el mencionado negocio fiduciario”.
