Art. 22. La carne que se decomise conforme á los artículos 14 y 15 de este decreto será para el arrendatario si el impuesto está arrendado, y sí nó, para el Fisco nacional. Pero si el fraude se ha descubierto por denuncio dado por algún particular, este tendrá derecho á la mitad de dicha carne.
