DE CUANDO HAY LUGAR A LA FACTURACION CON BASE EN EL PROMEDIO DEL CONSUMO. La empresa estimará y facturará el consumo en los siguientes casos

a)

Desperfectos en el medidor que impidan el registro adecuado del consumo;

b)

Retiro provisional del medidor, siempre y cuando el inmueble continúe con el servicio;

c)

Inaccesibilidad al medidor;

d)

Filtraciones y/o fugas imperceptibles en las instalaciones internas del inmueble detectadas por la entidad;

e)

Cuando en una lectura el contador muestre cifras inferiores a las que aparecían en la lectura anterior, salvo que se recomiende el ciclo numérico del medidor;

f)

Razones de conveniencia derivadas del proceso de revisión previa de que trata el artículo 40 del presente Decreto.
