Retiro del Servicio de la Notaria Treinta (30) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C.: Retírese del servicio a la señora Rosa Mercedes Romero Pinto, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía No. 41.688.476, expedida en Bogotá D.C., quien se encuentra desempeñando el cargo de Notaria Treinta (30) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C., en propiedad, por cumplimiento de la edad de retiro forzoso.

Parágrafo

La señora Rosa Mercedes Romero Pinto, no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba reemplazarla.
