LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.3.17. Programas de capacitación para inserción laboral. El Ministerio del Trabajo y el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, (SENA), diseñarán y ejecutarán directamente o a través de terceros la formación y capacitación de población desempleada, grupos vulnerables o poblaciones especiales, conforme a las políticas del Ministerio del Trabajo.
