º . Niveles jerárquicos de los empleos . Según la naturaleza general de sus funciones, las competencias y los requisitos exigidos para su desempeño, los empleos de las entidades u organismos a los cuales se refiere el presente decreto se clasifican en los siguientes niveles jerárquicos: Nivel Directivo, Nivel Asesor, Nivel Profesional, Nivel Técnico y Nivel Asistencial.
