Expedición de tarjeta de reservista militar o policial de primera clase. La tarjeta de reservista militar o policial de primera clase de los ciudadanos que presten el servicio militar obligatorio en la Policía Nacional y el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec), serán expedidas por la Dirección de Reclutamiento del Ejército Nacional.

Parágrafo

La tarjeta de reservista militar o policial de primera clase será entregada a quienes prestaron el servicio militar, por parte del comandante de la unidad militar, policial y el director de la escuela penitenciaria nacional y escuelas regionales.
