Garantía . El operador del régimen de tráfico postal, deberá constituir una garantía global por un monto equivalente a cuarenta y cinco mil (45.000) Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT), teniendo en cuenta lo previsto en el

del artículo 8° de este decreto. El objeto de la garantía deberá ser el de garantizar el pago de derechos e impuestos, sanciones e intereses a que haya lugar, como consecuencia del incumplimiento de las obligaciones y responsabilidadesconsagradas en este decreto.
