Inmediatamente después de la vigencia de esta Ley y durante el término de que se habla en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno procederá á sacar á licitación pública la conservación de las líneas telegráficas y suministro de materiales para las mismas y para las Oficinas del Ramo. Los remates se harán, hasta donde sea posible, por líneas telegráficas y consultando las conveniencias del servicio. Hecha la adjudicación de una línea, ésta quedará excluida de la administración del señor Fernández.
