La Corte de Cuentas dictará el correspondiente Reglamento para la organización de sus trabajos, elecciones que deba hacer y orden que haya de guardarse en el despacho, y al hacerlo se sujetará a lo prescrito en el artículo 353 de la Ley 149 de 1888; definirá claramente los casos de apelación y el procedimiento que debe seguirse en ellos, y reglamentará la manera como hayan de entregarse a la Corte los documentos que a ella se introduzcan.
