Vencido el término de la oferta para suscribir, el gerente y revisor fiscal comunicarán de inmediato a la Superintendencia el número de las acciones suscritas, los pagos efectuados a cuenta de las mismas, la cifra en que se eleva el capital suscrito, las cuotas pendientes y los plazos para cubrirlas.
