La calidad de representante de los trabajadores se perderá en el caso de terminar la vinculación laboral del Consejero con el empleador afiliado a la respectiva Caja o en el de pérdida de la calidad de miembro o afiliado por parte del empleador. Las vacancias totales, por ausencia definitiva del principal y su suplente, se suplirán por la Asamblea General o el Ministerio de Trabajo en su caso. Para los eventos de elecciones parciales la Asamblea procederá a elegir uninominalmente por mayoría absoluta.
