Homologación de la denominación del Sistema de Seguimiento, Evaluación y Control. La denominación de “Sistema de Monitoreo, Seguimiento, Control y Evaluación” contenida en normas vigentes de carácter legal y reglamentarias, se entenderá que hace referencia al “Sistema de Seguimiento, Evaluación y Control” del Sistema General de Regalías, en los términos del artículo 164 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y en todo aquello que no le sea contrario.
