El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará el marco dentro del cual los centros de conciliación remunerados, los abogados inscritos en estos y los notarios, fijarán las tarifas para la prestación del servicio de conciliación. En todo caso, para el cálculo de costos se tendrá en cuenta el monto total de las obligaciones por concepto de capital así como los ingresos del deudor.
