Causales de terminación del beneficio. Las siguientes son causales de terminación del beneficio de la Política de Gratuidad en la matrícula:

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.5.3.3.5.12. Reglamentos operativos y específicos. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional expedirá y mantendrá actualizados los reglamentos que regirán la operación, implementación, sostenibilidad, así como las condiciones y fechas de giro de los recursos a las Instituciones de Educación Superior públicas. Los reglamentos deberán ser socializados a todas las Instituciones de Educación Superior públicas y estas a su vez tendrán el deber de hacer la difusión correspondiente.
