La citación de los Concejales a las sesiones del Concejo Municipal se hará por medio de notificación personal y colectiva, hecha por conducto, del Secretario respectivo y con indicación precisa de los asuntos que serán objeto de la sesión. La citación la hará el Secretario por medio de un empleado subalterno del Concejo o de un Agente de Policía. Queda reglamentado así el artículo 3° de la Ley 84 de 1915.
