Facultase al gobierno para crear los puestos de Médicos y Capellanes de las secciones de presidio donde lo creyeren necesario, con la asignación indicada en el artículo anterior para los primeros, y de ochenta pesos ($ 80) para los segundos. y para abrir al Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia de 1929, el crédito correspondiente para el pago de las dichas asignaciones, sin los requisitos exigidos por la Ley 34 de 1923 , si no fueren liquidados en la Ley de Apropiaciones.
