Artículo único. Desde la fecha, la jurisdicción del Consulado General de Colombia en Berlín, Alemania, será la siguiente: Provincias prusianas de Brandemburgo; Pomerania; Prusia Oriental; Sajonia; Baja Silesia; Alta Silesia y los países de Mecklemburgo- Schwerin y de Mecklemburgo Slrelitz. Queda así reformada la parte pertinente del Decreto 1999 de 1930, artículo 8°.
