Tanto A La Partida Como A La Llegada De Que Aeronave, Las Autoridades Políticas De Lugar Tienen Derecho De Visitarla Y De Verificar Si Está Provista De Los Documentos Exigidos Por Este Decreto, A Saber: A) Copia De La Matrícula

Tanto a la partida como a la llegada de que aeronave, las autoridades políticas de lugar tienen derecho de visitarla y de verificar si está provista de los documentos exigidos por este Decreto, a Saber

a)

Copia de la matrícula.

b)

Certificados de aptitud de la aeronave y de la tripulación.

c)

Si transporta pasajeros, la lista nominal de ellos.

d)

Si transporta mercancías, los conocimientos de embarque respectivos.

e)

Si está provista de aparatos de telegrama inalámbrica, la licencia de que trata el artículo 52 de este Decreto; y

f)

Los libros de que tratan los artículos siguientes:
