º . Portal de Difusión. El acceso público a la información contenida en la ICD podrá hacerse en línea, mediante un portal unificado de la Internet, identificable como Colombiestad. El acceso a la información básica será libre, con las restricciones de ley, y gratuito. Pero causará el pago de los derechos de licenciamiento de uso cuando se demande un procesamiento específico o una desagregación mayor a la disponible en el portal.
