Sistema Único de Gestión e Información de la Actividad Litigiosa del Estado - eKOGUI. El SDJE adoptará el Sistema Único de Gestión e Información de la Actividad Litigiosa del Estado - eKOGUI como fuente oficial de la información litigiosa del Estado.

Parágrafo

Los actores del SDJE deberán suministrar la información que requiera la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado en los términos y condiciones indicados.
