Artículo vigésimosexto. Las conversaciones tendientes a lograr la cesión del Teatro Colón se llevarán a cabo con el Director de dicha institución, quien decidirá acerca de la conveniencia cultural del espectáculo, asesorándose para tal efecto del Comité Consultivo. El Director del Teatro preparará la minuta de contrato respectiva, conjuntamente con el Administrador, para su envío al Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
