Las autoridades de Policía Judicial a que se refiere el artículo 77 y siguiente de la presente Ley, que decomisen droga que produzca dependencia y no cuenten con el equipo técnico necesario para practicar la identificación pericial prevista, enviarán la sustancia decomisada a la Unidad del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad de la Policía Nacional, de la Dirección General de Aduanas o del Instituto Seccional de Medicina Legal más cercano que disponga del equipo técnico adecuado.
